Upcoming: Nicolas Wright and Claudia Lonow from Accidentally on Purpose

Monday, February 1st, 2010

This Tuesday can only mean one thing - it’s the first day of the new month not called “Monday”. Oh, and we’re on the air with two fine and funny guests from the CBS sitcom Accidentally on Purpose, namely actor Nicolas Wright and the show’s creator Claudia Lonow.

Mr WrightNic, hailing from somewhere near the United States called “Canada”, is a returning guest on our show. This young actor has made a strong impression in Hollywood with his Accidentally on Purpose role as the freeloading yet somehow likable Davis. Before AoP, Nic had a string of credits in both features and TV stretching back over a decade, in addition to producing, writing and directing his own short film, Toutouffe.

Claudia is the mastermind behind the show Nic stars in, being the creator of and an executive producer on Accidentally on Purpose. Not being satisfied with only one or two difficult jobs, Claudia somehow also makes time to write episodes for the show. Prior to that, she filled similar roles on Cashmere Mafia and The War At Home.

In addition to our fine guests, we’ll also have our fine regulars. John Fulton swears that he’ll be fully recovered from his “jet lag” of the previous week, while Jessie promises not to insist on-air that she’s actually a Scandinavian DJ or a person of genuine Hispanic descent. Stu simply promises that he’ll be there. Well, at least the man’s got ambition.

“Surrogates’” James Francis Ginty and “Ben 10’s” Galadriel Stineman - LIVE! Tuesday, 9.23.09 at 8PM!

Monday, September 21st, 2009

The next edition of Live! From the Future… happens on September 22, which is also the autumnal equinox. Normally Stu, Jessie and Fulron would be dancing naked in fields and reading fish entrails as part of their weird sub-Druidic rituals. However, such is their dedication to their work that they’ve sacrificed those activities to bring you another fun-filled show with not one but count ‘em two swell guests on that magic night.

James and Galadriel

Galadriel Stineman, despite being named after a J.R.R. Tolkien character, is not an elf inhabiting Middle Earth or even a happy Druid doing the fish entrail thing with Stu & company. She’s a young actress who’s been getting a series of interesting roles, the latest being Gwen Tennyson in the Cartoon Network’s ambitious new movie Ben 10: Alien Swarm. Despite arriving in LA only recently, Galadriel’s been busy, also playing a prominent role in the upcoming horror-thriller Junkyard Dog alongside stars Viveca A. Fox and Brad Dourif.

Galadriel will be co-guesting with James Francis Ginty, a young actor who’s appearing in the big-budget sci-fi actioner Surrogates, starring Bruce Willis. James has been in the Hollywood game for some time and is a well-rounded entertainer; he danced ballet growing up and is no stranger to the live stage, most recently playing Romeo in that famous Shakespeare play about those two crazy kids that kill themselves for love.

Of course, as always, your faithful Live! From the Future… servants are willing to kill to make you laugh. Okay, they really aren’t. But you’ll laugh anyway. We promise.
